Effective 8/1/2008, the following policy will govern all rod warranty claims made in regards to Texas Tackle Factory rods.
To be eligible to receive a replacement rod, customer must provide the following:
- Original or copy of purchase receipt (w/purchase date)
- Actual rod or picture of area of rod in question
- Written explanation of problem
Upon receipt of above information, decision will be made as to the eligibility of the warranty claim.
If rod replacement is approved, customer must send $25 check to Texas Tackle Factory or make arrangements to pick-up replacement rod at corporate offices in Victoria, TX.
Upon completion of the above, Texas Tackle Factory will ship a replacement rod via UPS or make rod available for pick-up.
